Dutch seller steals photos from adobe stock and resells them

Bert Hooijer steals images of adobe stock to sell them hisself.

Here is "his" picture; stolen image and here is the stock image stock.

The only thing that Hayjer-special-art has changed is the blood around the mouth. But it's still theft. Since I couldn't find anywhere how to report theft, I decided to report it here on the forum
