Editable EPS Vector File

How do I go about being able to use this font from the Editable EPS Vector File? When I downloaded the file it only shows the attached picture but I need to be able to use the particular font of the word "CANDY"

    The asset is not about the font, it's about the text effect. The font is never included in such a file. To be able to use the text effect, you need to download the vector file.
