Editing text on stock template?

I am new to using stock templates, and cannot figure out how to edit the text. I downloaded "Pop Spark" by MysteryLab. What is the asset ID? Your link is not working, as it points exactly to your library in a private area. But that is good so, as you should not share here publicly the full-size asset.
