Enterprise Stock Photo Pricing

I manage a very small graphic design team (5 people) at a very large company (250,000+ worldwide). Without warning, they moved my little team to Enterprise pricing for Creative Cloud and we lost access to our stock photo plan for teams.

What are the pricing options for Enterprise teams?  Please don't tell me to talk to my administrator as my company is too large and I can't get in touch with the right people. They are telling me I need to pay $35,000 for "unlimited users" but I don't need that and my team doesn't have that in the budget.

I can't find enterprise pricing anywhere on Adobe's web site and I can't even use the "help" features because I'm not an admin.
