Error message when purchasing product using Credit

Hello 

I been getting this erro message:

 

"We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service."

 

Can somone please help me ?

Hi @Aiden A,

This is an issue I have been tracking. I'm going to look into this for you. It may take a day or two, but we think we know a resolution. I will need your help. What is the status of your Adobe Stock subscription? Have you cancelled it recently? This may be causing your issue.
