Error: There is an issue with your payment details. Please update your payment information.

Question

I checked my debit card payment details, they are correct. I make payment from same debit card on other portals as well. Also, sought help from the bank but they won't help. Is there some way I can make the payment and continue the service? My service has been blocked and I need the service to resume asap.

Please help. Thanks.

Please contact Adobe customer care for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
