Error when purchasing an image from adobe stock

Hello,
following around thirty purchases today with my Adobe Stock account (10 files / month + € 2.99 per image not included in the bundle), I am now blocked to buy a new image at € 2.99, I have this message : "We are unable to approve your transaction at this time. Check the information entered below to make sure everything is correct. If the problem persists, try another card or contact Training and Technical Support for further assistance. ugly. "
I absolutely have to work with adobe stock images already validated by my client, I have Monday morning deliveries scheduled and very urgent!
I need help ...

I tried with other browsers and clearing their cache but it doesn't change anything!

I saw that others had the same problem, but I also understood that the problem was on Adobe's side, so I'm trying my luck here while waiting for the chat to open on Monday! (because I'm in a hurry)

Thanks for your help,
Myrtille.
PS : Sorry for my English: it's google translate! 😉

I can tell you for certain that the site was not "down for maintenance" and the issue was with your financial institution, but not necessarily your payment method.

Your financial institution may have insight as to why you are not able to purchase.

Thank you EBQ for your response.

But no, there was no problem with my bank card!
I had the chat for an hour on Monday, 3 different people, they finally assured me that the problem came from an update of the site / server.

I was only able to verify that it worked yesterday, after having had my client's listing and having spent my entire "10 images" package ... And indeed, I had no problem purchasing additional images. .. phew!

However, the problem seemed to be recurring for other users, hence my stress!
