quando provo ad effettuare un acquisto di un'immagine, non capisco perché ma ritorna quest'errore:

Errore

Impossibile elaborare la transazione in questo momento. Verifica le informazioni o immetti un numero di carta diverso. Se non è comunque possibile effettuare l’ordine, contatta: Formazione e supporto.

Come posso risolvere?

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

Could you please re-enter the payment details associated with your subscription plan.  Steps here: Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account

When you've re-entered the details, wait a few minutes then try to make a purchase.  I am hoping that by re-entering the details, the payment will be triggered on the correct credit card.

Please let us know how you get on.
