Estou sendo cobrada mas não tenho acesso

Está sendo debitado normalmente na fatura do cartão de crédito o valor de R$124,00 referente ao plano PORÉM na minha conta Adobe consta que eu não tenho plano e estou sem acesso as imagens.

Check your account again and check also other options, like having signed-up a second time with a different e-mail. Contact Adobe customer care to see if they can help you out. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

If there is no solution available, speak to your bank. It may well be, that someone has stolen your credit card details and is using those to get a free ride...
