Extended Licence for commercial products

I have also purchased en Extended Licence for this vector image.

 

My client printed the pattern in fabric to create some small accessories. Can my client sell these products to other re-sellers? Is she covered with the Extended licence I bought?

Yes, sure, as long as she does not “sell” the file that came from you licensing the asset.
