Hello ! 

I would ike to know if with the extended license, I can use visuals for commercials usages, especially on POS. Or if I need to get another license.

The answer is probably yes. The question is: do you need the extended licence? You really should read the licensing terms. If, however, you can't find your answer, you should ask a lawyer. There won't be a better answer, as we don't know your exact project.
