Extended License (LLC advertising)

Question

HelloI am trying to determine if I am free and clear. I downloaded a clip I want to use for my video production LLC; think branding for video clips, business cards, possibly merch as well. It seems like if I pay for the extended license I should be good to go? I am the owner and will be using it mostly for advertising, do I need to mention the artist for credit? Thank you for your assistance everyone! Anthony

Clips are not available under an extended licence. For advertising, you do not need an extended licence, only for merchandising. And no, you do not need to credit the author for advertising.
