Extended license, new company

Hello. I am selling the images I purchased with an Extended License as posters on Etsy. I also want to sell them on my own website, but I want to open a new company for the website. I will be the sole owner of the company. Can I sell these images as posters on my new company's website with the same license? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Firstly, you haven't "purchased" the asset; you've have "licensed" it for the specific uses allowed in the License Agreement. Read Clause 9.2 in the License Agreement which states that you cannot transfer that license between business entities.

No, your company cannot sell the posters with the same licence, but you can probably sell the posters to the company and the company can then sell the prints. See you and your company as independent units. Then this makes sense.
