extra payment for adobe stock

so i bought the adobe cloud as a student, and somehow i had only one plan but now i have two one being the adobe stock wich i do not use or care for and now adobe is bombing me with emails for me to pay extra 29,99€ for a plan that i do not use or requested.

and it is not possible do cancel my plan because it says that i have to update my billing to make any changes.

Contact Adobe customer care on this. You probably took the stock plan together with your Creative Cloud subscription. Customer care should be able to solve this for you. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
