Hello friend, I unfortunately spent 8 adobe credits to acquire what i thought was a template to create a custom three dimensional spinning logo but it's just a video, im not sure why it's not a template for 8 freaking credits but i need your help please, is there anyway you can help me find a ae or PR template that will allow me to create rotating 3d logo videos and possibly refund me some of those credits please, 8 is so much.

Videos are always videos. You may edit them, but you cannot change the content and replace one element by another. For assets of this type, you will need a rendering program to create an animation. That's a bit more complex.

MOGRT files are templates for Premiere Pro, if you are looking for templates, you should check those out. They allow for certain data replacement. But I'm not sure, if you will find something equivalent than the shown animation. And obviously, you will need to work with Premiere Pro and you can't use a third party video editor.
