FILE #: 517992007 will not download and when I try to open with After Effects is says it is damaged

When I click to download the video I receive an error. So I tried to have it open in the after effects app and it said the file was damaged

if you then pick the option to open in an adobe app such as after effects it errors and says it is damaged

You: Yes, when I clicked License button I got the same error. I then clicked to have it open in Premiere Rush and was told there was and error, then tried to have it open in After Effects and was told the video has an error

I have checked and the file # 517992007 shows licensed under your account. However, we have been reported similar issue by other customer's. I would request you to please try after some time as there may be an unexpected maintenance going on for the Adobe Stock website.

I am not authorized to download the stock files, however I have been getting similar issues recently so it looks like there is a temporary issue going on with the website. You may try to clear cache and cookies of your web browser and try after some time. I will keep your case open and will follow up with you via email.

Not a very satisfying interaction - "try it again later" isn't really a solution...
