What i get when I open it is this:

Hello, I've verified the issue (but I don't have access to grant you a replacement license due to the account type). I'll send the asset to the content team for review. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

For a refund: (it looks like you licensed it twice, I would ask for both refunded)
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.

For others checking this: if it is wrong the first time, it will be wrong the second time. Licence again won't change that!

Hallo Bettina,

 

This happens when contributors do an upload error and the moderators don't catch that during their control.

 

Sorry for that, you will need to select a different asset. @Contributor1 will take a look at this and if confirmed, the asset will be deleted and you will get your replacement credit, except if you took an "erweiterte Lizenz" where you would need to contact customer care.
