Files won't open in illustrator

Question

Hello,these files won't open:AdobeStock_224275561.aiAdobeStock_212530522.aiPls advise.Judy Hicks[e-mail deleted for security reasons]

thanks for your quick reply. None of the opening actions work. See attached screenshot for error message I receive. I have tried:

double-clicking
opening from within Illustrator ("Open...")
right-clicking on the file and choosing "Open with..."

maybe you can save it as something else for me?

We were also unable to open these files due to an error. Hence, I have added 2 image licenses to your account so that you can use it against different images.
