Fotolia - Missing licenses

As a former Fotolia user, I switched to Adobe Stock in 2019, receiving a confirmation email. Today, when I log in to Adobe Stock, I can't see any of my Fotolia purchases, nor can I interact with them. I contacted the virtual assistant on the Adobe Stock website, who advised me to email contributor-support@adobe.com. Support advised me to visit https://helpx.adobe.com/support/stock.html for customer support, but I didn't find any helpful information there.

Do you have any helpful information for me? I received an email from Copytrack. I need to get the licenses.

    Contributor support is the wrong address for this. You are a customer, not a contributor. 

    Try the virtual assistant again. Type “agent” to get a living person on the other side of the line. If the assistant does not want to connect you, ask that you would like to buy a stock product. That may help.

     

    Also: Copytrack is doing fishing operations.
