Fotolia Purchase - Copytrack - Still valid?

I used a fotolia credit for a photo image on January 8, 2016.   Two weeks agom some company called Copytrack came after me about the image.   I have the invoice for using one credit for the image which is on the cover of my book.  To date we have only sold 200 copies of the book.  Should/would Adobe "still" honor my purchase and use of that one image. - Here is my book: http://ow.ly/Wy4rq
