FRAUD - Charged for a 30 day Adobe Stock trial and now told I need to pay over $300 to cancel

Adobe support, YOU BETTER #$#$#@$% contact me immediately, I am beyond pissed. Why was I charged for a 30 day free trial to Adobe stock, and why does this same topic appear a million times on your boards?

I signed up for a free trial and downloaded no more than 3 assets to TRY OUT, as per the free trial. Never touched Adobe Stock after that first trial day. Now, not only was I fraudunlantly charged as a result of what must be intentionally misleading links, my account also says that I need to pay over $300 to cancel.

This is unreal and absolutely unacceptable. You don't even have a customer support line to contact - simply BS FAQ pages.

I'm charging back my credit card and most likely pulling all of my Adobe services.

I want you to know I will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW, to never use this service. I tried it, got one image and then find to cancel I have to pay $135 or something like that. So in all, one image, CLOSE TO $200. WHAT A RACKET AND A SUPPOSED REPUTABLE COMPANY!!!

Hi @MICHAEL30828529u9rf - Based on what i'm seeing, it appears thats you subscribed to a trial plan in June and forgot to cancel it on time, thats why you've been charged.  Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and explain that you have not used any of the paid quota of your subscription.

Hello @defaultnzdrg69bkwgx, on August 14th, you subscirbed to a 25 standard assets or 3 videos a month non-trial plan with annual commitment. It wasn't a free trial plan. Since the plan wasn't canceled withing first 14 days, there is a charge for canceling it now, as this is an annual commitment plan.
