Short answer: yes!
Longer answer: The standard licence allows for unlimited views on social media, even when the asset is free. Indeed, there is no difference between a for paid item and a free item both with a standard licence.
That you use Lightroom makes Adobe happy, but is irrelevant here. For using Adobe stock you need an Adobe ID and that is all what is needed to licence free items.
