Hi, we work in a Swedish municipality and have to follow the GDPR rules for the European Union when we publish photos. If we have an adobe stock license, is it safe for us to publish photos from adobe stock according to GDPR?

Models pictured have signed a model release, if that is your question. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/model-release.html

Adobe strongly recommends that all Adobe Stock customers engage their own legal counsel to help resolve any questions, since Adobe cannot approve customer use cases.

Additionally, per the Adobe Stock Terms all customers are responsible for using Adobe Stock content in a manner that complies with applicable law, including GDPR.
