ADOBE system randomly deletes money from my account. It straight away debited money. I got the bill and it also says every month we will charge you with that for adibe stock plan when i have not chosen one. This is kinf of an negative waty of looting money. they put up all plans. make you buy some stock images and keeps reccuring plan payment. Also this is designed in such a way no one can sue them.

Hello @LAZYBONE32683795ysar

I checked your account and I can confirm that on Aug 31st you've subscribed to Adobe Stok free trial. Adobe will always send a confirmation email when customers purchase their subscription with the free trial details.

Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and explain that you have not used any of the paid quota of your subscription. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. If you are unable to see this feature you may need to scroll down before it will appear or set your browser to private or incognito mode. Declining any Adobe Cookies may affect the presence of the chat feature.

This is unrelated to the OP's request from February 2019. I will detach this.

Adobe does not debit your account, if you (or someone having access to that information) did not enter your credit card data into the system.

This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
