Getting error 503 from stock.adobe.com

Any solution? I'm in the middle of a project.

Site works but submissions still do not "IMG_2746.JPG had upload errors."

 

Edit: Uploads seem to work but... "Not all of your images could be submitted for moderation."

Contributor site is different from the stock site. Problems with one may but need not reflect on the other.

Same problem but it came back on in France. However I got an error when trying to buy an image. The payement went through and I recieved the invoice by email but the download didn't start and I've got no way of getting the full version without paying again.

Telephone support non-existant - on hold for an hour ! Support Chat was of no help either. Just told me that I needed to try in a couple of hours and all should be well!

 

The image I bought this morning still not available for download and doesn't show up in my list of licences. However, I've still got an invoice!! Suppose I'll have to buy it again and try and get a refund.

New download and payment went through without a problem, so Stock must be working again.

 

Just need to sort out a refund now ! Grrr !

After 50 minutes on the useless chat system, I got a phone number and called their tech team. They are aware of this problem and are getting it fixed at the moment. Bit rubbish, but the chat person said it was a problem with my Adobe Stock subscription which was wrong. Good luck all.

Communication & understanding is not their best service. 😉  Lets hope they solve it quickly, now we have to take a break untill Adobe fixed it. Nothing to do with the subscription as many have the issue.
