Gültigkeit von Credits aus Fotolia

Hallo,

 

nachdem die Clowns von Adobe offensichtlich den Kundenkontakt scheuen, versuche ich es hier. Nachdem Fotolia jetzt geschlossen wird, habe ich die restlichen Credits mit nach Adobe Stock rüber genommen. Allerdings wird mir hier nicht mehr angezeigt, wann diese Credits nun verfallen. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen, wo ich diese nicht unerhebliche Information finde, bevor Adobe ohne weiteren Hinweis diese Credits löscht?

    I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. There are 3 Fotolia credits left in your account which will expire on 22nd Sept. 2020. You may also contact customer care  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for help and information.

    Hallo, aber wo kann ich einsehen, wie lange die credits noch gültig sind? Muß ich regelmäßig bei Adobe nachfragen oder bietet Adobe auch die Möglichkeit, das Verfallsdatum anzuzeigen?
