i need help, how can i get refund after adobe lagged and did not canceled my free trial? i canceled all plans and now adobe took 69 euro from my bank telling me that i had a stock plan, i saw things about canceling and refunding money before 14 days of usage, is that true? And how can i talk to somebody from customer support that isn't an ai chatbot?
