Help cancel auto renewal or subscription

hi

I want to cancel my subscription, but unable to do so.

I followed the link / instruction given but unable to make any changes / cancellation.

i purchased the plan few years ago through adobe website using credit card and have been on auto renewal, and planning to stop my auto renewal plan.

tried to send message using instagram but no respond yet.

Also how to purchase / manage plan from apple ios?

Please help.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
