HELP. I accidentally purchase a premium image that is worth of 750CREDITS!

Im at my wit's end here. I accidentally purchased a premium image too fast until to noticed that the price is 750CREDITS!

Is it possible to refund this? I tried to contact the customer call and only to find out that they could refund me 30 credits.  😞

 

Can anyone know how I can do a refund completely for this? Saw multiple threads about this. However, the Customer Service that attends me seems kinda apathetic. He just said, "I can understand- but we cant do anything about it." 


Honestly, quite disappointed with the answer the agent provided.  Considering Adobe is a MNC company 😞

May I remind you, that you expressly agreed on the purchase, as for items like this, a confirmation is asked. So you can't pretend that it was surprising that the asset costs a lot of credits. 

 

Now the only way I know to get a refund for this is to contact customer service and negotiate your way out. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
