Help, my favorite contents are all disappear

hey there, I couldn't find all the content that I like (heart button pressed).  all gone!!

I try restrart / different computers / different IP / different internet areas. all the same .....

is there anyone having the same problem?

I also asked those online help, they told me to come to the community to pubilish a question...
