I cancelled 6 months ago. I cant call support because a glitch says I don't have a plan. But if you look in the pics... you see. My plan.... and the card I cant remove, and the most recent charge two days ago when I'm very low on money due to the hollidays.

6 months at 29.99 a month for a free trial that has never been able to be cancelled.

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. The screenshot that references "On Demand" was a one time purchase not a renewing subscription.

If you have more than one Adobe ID you will need to sign in with Adobe ID/email address associated with your subscription. You can manage your subscriptions here: https://account.adobe.com

If you cancelled 6 months ago, you have the cancellation e-mail available. Contact customer care and type “agent” with the virtual assistant, and you will be connected to a human. Please stay friendly, that helps to come to a resolution of your problem.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
