HELP PAYMENT

In June I had activated an adobe stock account,
after a few days I could no longer access it and any way to recover the password was impossible.
I contacted the help center explaining the problem and they told me that they would delete my account, in fact by entering that email adobe tells me that there is no account.
THE PROBLEM is that both in July and August they scrapped my money from the card, without my having an account anymore!
How can I solve this problem?
