Help with free trial

Hello. I signed up for a free trial and I can't cancel it. The 'manage my account' part of my account says that I don't have any paid plans, but I'm still being charged. I've tried all the steps in the support page but it doesn't tell me how to do this when my info isn't available. Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to help?

I don't see any Adobe Stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. Please confirm that you are signed into https://account.adobe.com with the correct Adobe ID.
