Hi I accidentally purchased adobe stock credits, please remove

You have bought a stock subscription.

 

And as your screen shows “Assign users” I suppose you have a Teams or Enterprise subscription. You will need to contact Adobe customer service via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support) to help you out with that (or if you have a reseller, contact the reseller).
