Hi. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and cancelled it ahead of the deadline. I was charged anyway.

Hi. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and cancelled it ahead of the deadline. I was charged anyway and somehow on my account it appears I will be charged monthly. How do I stop this? I did receive an email from Adobe saying the subscription had ended, so I don't understand why I was charged and why it appears I will be charged monthly! want to ensure that I get refunded for €7.92 which I was charged; and ensure also that I will not be charged again.  I need to be removed from the monthly subscription which I did not sign up for.

    You can use the Chat Box in the lower right corner of the subscriptions page to reach out directly to Adobe regarding your refund.
