Does that mean i can buy 96 premium images (one year) by paying $359.99?

Credit packs are a one-off purchase, not a subscription plan.

$359.99 is the price for 40 credits. These credits can be used to purchase any type of asset.  Think of a credit being equivalent to $10.  If a Premium image cost $49.99, you would use 5 credits to license it.
