How can I get a license certificate for a photo purchased 7 years ago?

Several years ago, I bought a stock photo.

On the License History page, I see the photo in the list of purchased photos.
https://stock.adobe.com/ru/Dashboard/LicenseHistory
But there's no option to download the license on each photo page. There's no such option.
What should I do? The copyright holder is demanding compensation equal to 200 times the purchase price of the photo.😓

Try using another browser that doesn’t have script blockers or VPN enabled.

License History serves as your proof of purchase. Can you see the file ID and type of license purchased (Standard/Extended)?

If I click (select) a purchased photo in the list of purchased photos (https://stock.adobe.com/ru/Dashboard/LicenseHistory), I'm taken to a page that looks like this:
