How can I get a refund?

I accidentally purchased a HD video stock, but I've noticed that it is not only what I was looking for but also very unclear. I've never used it on my work.. I just want to cancel the payment and get a refund.

I want a refund. Because I ddint use the apps the the free trial and they're not notifying for the bill, it just like deduction in my account.
