How can I see how many times I've licensed an image?

Hi! We have different customers wich we provide the same materials. So I have to license a photo several times. Where can I see how many times I've licensed an image?

I also have another question: The free photos correspond to a standard license - does that mean that I have to download the photo once for each customer?
For example: If I give the photo to three customers, that I also "license it for free" three times?

Free assets can be licensed only once during their free spawn. I would suggest the customers take a licence for those items. As they are free, there are no costs involved.
