How can I talk with somebody of Adobe?

Hi everybody,

I have a question for Adobe. I have selected some pictures and I have a 18 pictures credit right now.

Can I license every image I want independently of the price they have?

I distrust the Adobe Sales Policy : i have discovered the plan I Contracted was an anual plan paid month by month and I wanted to cancel it, I hace to pay 6 months!! (I think it s a kind of abuse. I´ll read better next time).

The chat does not answer and neither the phone number.

Can you help me?

    You can license standard assets with your credits.

    What types of stock assets are included in a subscription?

    Subscription plans provide access to royalty-free, high-resolution standard images.

    Subscriptions do not include premium images, premium templates, premium 3D, Editorial assets, video, or standard images with an extended license. To license those types of assets, you can purchase those on-demand individually or with Credit Packs for the biggest savings.

    I suppose you have to read the conditions better next time as it clearly ​states "annual plan, paid monthly​". There exists also a monthly plan and that plan can be cancelled anytime.
