How do i go about using my 10 free stock images for my team membership

I had used just 1 of my free images but seem to have lost my further 9? Do you have to use them within a certain time?

The free images for CC team customers are valid for 1 month, & expired on 21st April.

As an exception and gesture of goodwill I've added 9 credits to your account & would ask that you use them within the next 30 days.
