How do I protest an extremely offensive and life threatening image so Adobe can take it down?

File #:  680359589 is a celebration of Hamas slaughtering, r a pi ng, torturing, and kidnapping thousands of people with the explicit threat to do it again. There seems to be no way of bringing offensive images to Adobe's attention. Filling out the Integrity whistle blower form is the closest thing I can identify, but I can't be sure that this is the useful route.

And it's not even a good drawing... amateurish. Should never have been approved.
