I have a new team membership to the cloud and it is asking me to pay $9.99 for each image. How do I redeem the 10 free ones?

Hi Richard,

I understand that you tried to sign up for the 10 free images promo offer but still are being asked to pay separately for the image to license.

I did check your account and it seems that the promo offer has not been subscribed to your account yet. You can redeem the promo offer from here: Adobe Stock 30-day trial - Get 10 Stock images free. | Adobe Stock

Let me know if that helps!
