How do I report a mis-dentified photo?

Photo 233290309 is listed as “Aerial View Rush Hour Highway Hartford Connecticut State Capital”  but it is actually “Aerial View Rush Hour Highway Providence Rhode Island State Capital”. I cannot find anywhere to report this error, as it is not a copyright issue.
