I accidently downloaded an image that I will not be using. Can I get this taken off my account?

Is there any way to reverse this? The stock id is: #575026836

You can't accidentally licence a premium image. You get asked if you really want to licence that. There is no possibility to unlicence.

What do you mean this was not accidental? I clicked through a little too quickly on the pop up and before I knew it I paid 284 credits instead of 1.

So i would like to get my credits back because I want a normal photo of 1 credit. I haven't used it yet so a refund of my credits seems appropriate.

For anything that costs more than one credit, you get asked a confirmation if you want to licence that asset for as many credits. You confirmed, so it was not an accidental licencing. You should not confirm your choice and when searching for assets, you should exclude premium assets. There is no possibility to unlicence.

You may however try to contact Adobe support. Maybe they can offer a solution.
