how does one change from a monthly payment to an annual payment subscription?

i'm trying to change my subscription from paying monthly to paying annually. i have the 10 assests a month plan. for the life of me i can't figure out how to simply change that in the account manager. the closest i've been able to get to doing this is going to "change your plan" under "manage plan" & attempt to change from adobe stock – 10 assets a month to adobe stock – 10 assets a month but with the "annual, prepaid" commitment selected. i keep getting this error message: Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry. i assume it's b/c i'm trying to change to the same plan i currently have (except the payment sub is different), but cannot say for sure since the error message is so vague. any help is greatly appreciated.

On this page, there's a chat icon at the bottom right corner of the page. Type AGENT in the chat box to reach a real, live person who should be able to assist with your request. Be sure that they understand you don't want to cancel your plan entirely, because doing so will cause you to lose any accumulated credits.

thank you so much! i was trying to use that chatbot but it was completely useless (didn't understand what i was asking for no matter how i worded it). i didn't even think to type AGENT (or similar) to try to get a real person. that info is very helpful! 

 

you're right about the cancel part. that's why i was attempting to "update/grade" the plan i already had, b/c i originally thought i was going to have to cancel & re-subscribe until i saw that would cause us to lose all our accumulated credits.
