Question

How does one report bad assets?

I have licensed several images that say they are vector, but after wasting a credit on said "vector" image it turns out to be a low quality raster image layer in an .ai file format; no vector data/paths at all.  e.g.: Image 94992748 .  How can I report this and recoup this credit, if possible?  I have searched for a place to do this, but a solution is not forthcoming.

Thanks in advance for any asisstance.

Hi @Stew Art, I checked vector 94992748 and was seeing the vector paths, I've added a credit back to your account as it didn't appear to meet your quality expectations. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the vector.

This is currently the correct way, to make your claim.

Please post all the image IDs, so that @Contributor1 can send them for a new review and return your lost credits.
