How is Adobe guaranteeing free and clear copyright with AI-generated image?

Our organization is sensitive to using AI. For any Adobe AI-generated images, how is Adobe ensuring that the image components have free and clear intellectual property? Are the image elements coming from Adobe Stock? If we haven't licensed Adobe Stock, but do have licenses for Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, etc. is the AI-created image paid for? Thank you.

If you use Firefly to generate your AI assets, the assets can be securely used. Adobe did train their generative AI engine with public domain assets and assets from Adobe stock. Contributors got idemnified for this.

If you have a Creative Cloud subscription, you will have a certain allocation of generative credits. They are different from Adobe stock credits. That is an additional subscription.
