How to allow users access our 40 images per month product

We are a small company and only use 40 images per month or less. Several different website editors select and use these images.
We have purchased a pack of 40 images per month and have added our users to the account. However, I cannot add any additional users to the 40 images a month product (the option is greyed).
Can you please explain what I need to do to allow all our users access our images purchased?

Hi @Lorna247444641e6z,

I can see by your Adobe ID that you are the admin of a team with only an Adobe Stock subscription. You would need to either add Creative Cloud products to your team subscription and assign your other team members to those products or add your other team members as administrators, then your team members will have access to the quota in your Adobe Stock subscription.

Do you have a Teams/Enterprise licence? If yes, an admin should be able to assign new users via the admin console.
