We already subscrobed to Adobe Stock Please advise in writing how to buy all the copyrights for a specific photo and be the only sole user for it and how much it will cost. please answer back in writing so I can pass it to my boss with very clear terms and conditions and help me how to make it on your site.

Adobe Stock do not offer this as an option. You would need to make a private arrangement with a photographer. Tip: don't start with a stock photo, because your requirement is impossible: unless you are the very first person to license it, neither Adobe nor the photographer can take away the rights of the other people who licensed it.
